Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully, as it outlines the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or returns may be processed.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error caused by production, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund. Please follow these steps:
- Notify us within 30 days of receiving the item by emailing sales@gtmartapparel.com with your order number.
- Attach clear photos showing the defect or damage to the item, as well as the packaging.
Upon verification of the issue, we will arrange for a replacement once we are certain that the error was caused by us.
2. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or if part of your order is missing:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving the package by emailing sales@gtmartapparel.com.
- Provide your order number and photos of the incorrect item(s).
Once confirmed, we will ensure the correct item is shipped to you or issue a refund.
3. Order Cancellation and Changes
- Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are sent to production. Since our products are custom-made, once production begins, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
- To request a cancellation or change, contact us immediately at sales@gtmartapparel.com with your order number.
4. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.
- You receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the refund request is approved.
5. Items Not Eligible for Refund or Return
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection (please refer to our size chart before ordering).
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs, as these are beyond our control.
6. Shipping Issues
If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us at sales@gtmartapparel.com. We will work with our partners and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue ASAP.
